Job summary

Hayat is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Specialist for its export department. The role partners with commercial and operations teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and profitability across global markets.

You will develop dashboards in Power BI, perform variance analyses, and deliver management reports to senior leadership, ensuring data integrity across SAP and reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of FP&A, Commercial Finance, Controlling, or Financial Reporting experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, management reporting, and profitability analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly statutory financial statements and income statements with high accuracy and deadlines.
• Lead monthly forecasting and planning processes with commercial and operational teams.
• Perform monthly CO-PA closing activities and ensure timely reporting of performance.
• Prepare detailed management reports, expense analyses, and leadership-level evaluations.

Job description

One of the leading companies in FMCG business in Turkey and all around the world, Hayat Kimya Headquarters is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Specialist for export department.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly statutory financial statements and income statements with high accuracy and in line with reporting deadlines
• Lead monthly forecasting and planning processes by partnering closely with commercial and operational teams
• Perform monthly actual CO-PA closing activities and ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial and operational performance
• Prepare detailed management reports, expense analyses, and performance evaluations for senior leadership
• Conduct variance analysis across actuals, budget, and forecast figures while identifying key financial and operational drivers
• Support commercial decision-making through detailed profitability, margin, and business performance analyses
• Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to evaluate campaigns, investments, pricing structures, and channel profitability
• Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and profitability analyses to support strategic business initiatives
• Develop and improve reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and data visualization tools through Power BI and other reporting solutions
• Analyze large datasets and generate actionable business insights to improve financial and operational efficiency
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes across different business functions
• Contribute to process improvement, reporting automation, and digital transformation initiatives within the finance organization
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of financial data across SAP and reporting systems
• Support executive-level presentations and management reporting processes with insightful financial analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Controlling, or Financial Reporting functions
• Strong understanding of financial statements, management reporting, and profitability analysis
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting processes
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and generate business insights
• Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills; experience with tools such as Query and Power BI is a plus
• Experience in working closely with commercial functions including Sales and Trade Marketing teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced business environment
• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or multinational company environments
• Background in commercial controlling and profitability management
• Familiarity with SAP CO-PA processes and commercial finance reporting structures
• Experience in business partnering and cross-functional financial support roles
• Continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
