Job summary

SESTEK is seeking a Product Owner or Senior Product Owner to own our Speech Recognition and Text-to-Speech products. You will translate customer and market input into a clear roadmap, backlog, and release plans, collaborating with engineering, R&D, QA, and customer-facing teams.

You should have hands-on Scrum experience, strong English skills, and the ability to ship MVPs quickly, test early, and learn from real usage. Hybrid work in Istanbul or Ankara is offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years as PO/PM/BA or software engineer at a software company (PO level).
• 4+ years total experience with at least 2 years as PO/PM (Senior PO).
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups or scale-ups.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Ship MVPs fast and improve with real user feedback.
• Run experiments and decide based on results.
• Own SR and TTS backlog; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define quality targets with R&D (WER, MOS, latency).
• Lead junior team members and handle customer escalations (Senior).
