Job summary

Fundraise Up in Turkey is seeking a Product Manager to join Core Products & Platform and own a domain end-to-end, impacting donation volume and platform reliability. You will set strategy, define roadmaps, write specs for engineers, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, and Customer Success.

You’ll work in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift; you’ll use AI to accelerate research and decisions, and you’ll report to the Core Products & Platform team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management in B2B SaaS/enterprise.
• End-to-end ownership of product areas.
• Proven delivery of complex features under pressure.
• Write precise specs for engineers with edge cases.
• Data-driven with clear metrics and decisions.
• Systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
• English (C1); able to work with Russian-speaking team.

Responsibilities

• Define quarterly goals and success metrics for your domain.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to launch and post-launch.
• Write engineering-ready specs with edge cases and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with Engineering, GTM, Support, and leadership.
• Monitor domain health with product metrics and reliability signals.
• Collaborate with PM Growth on experiment design and rapid delivery.
• Use AI as a default tool across research and writing.
