Job summary

Fundraise Up is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end delivery within Core Products & Platform, shaping strategy, roadmaps, and specs that directly impact donation volume and platform reliability. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, and Customer Success to turn complex problems into scalable solutions, while embracing AI as a default tool across research and development.

We’re a distributed team with a global footprint, including Turkey, Spain, Portugal, and more,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise environments.
• Own a product area end-to-end and drive outcomes, not just tasks.
• Proven ability to deliver complex features in high-pressure settings with quality.
• Write precise specs for engineers, covering edge cases and acceptance criteria.
• Data fluency to define metrics, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions.
• Systems thinking with a view of dependencies and long-term sustainability.
• Excellent English (C1) and ability to work in a Russian-speaking team.
• Comfort in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own domain quarterly goals and success metrics.
• Conduct structured discovery with customers and data exploration.
• Write engineering-ready specs with edge cases and clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with GTM to translate client needs into scalable product improvements.
• Track product health and attribute changes with causal reasoning.
• Partner with PM Growth on experiment design and fast delivery.
• Use AI to enhance research, analysis, specs, and communication.
• Define end-to-end delivery from discovery to launch and post-launch validation.
