Massive Bio, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own product strategy and delivery for its AI-powered oncology platform. You will shape the roadmap, set success metrics, and partner with Engineering, Data/AI, Clinical Operations, and Provider Engagement to drive impactful product outcomes.

Daily you will translate complex clinical and data requirements into clear specs, collaborate across time zones, and own end-to-end delivery from concept through launch and iteration.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise, platform, or technology products; healthcare/biotech/clinical trial tech experience preferred.
• Ability to manage complex products with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and dependencies.
• Strong command of Agile delivery practices and judicious process usage.
• Strong product ownership and decision‑making skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and align stakeholders.
• Experience with data-intensive or AI/ML‑powered products; comfortable with data pipelines and model outputs.
• Track record of end-to-end product shipping from problem space to launch and iteration.
• English fluency required for global collaboration across time zones.
• Experience working across time zones and cultures in distributed teams.

Aufgaben

• Set strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for assigned products; prioritise enhancements and ship features that improve clinical trial matching, enrollment, and site performance.
• Translate complex clinical and business requirements into clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Measure post-release performance using analytics and clinical outcome data; iterate based on numbers and user feedback.
• Lead product development ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning) with engineering squads across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate with Data/AI on model integration and with Clinical Operations on regulatory nuance and site workflows.
• Communicate progress and trade-offs to leadership and board-level stakeholders.
• Document and maintain product documentation as a single source of truth across distributed teams.
