Job summary

Massive Bio, a global AI-powered precision medicine platform, is hiring a Senior Project Manager - Engineering to bring structure, consistency, and visibility to its expanding engineering organization.

Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will coordinate day-to-day delivery across multiple tracks, maintain Jira workflows, lead agile ceremonies, and communicate risks and progress to leadership and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in project management or similar in software/tech.
• Hands-on Jira with workflows, boards, dashboards & automation.
• Fluent in English; professional Turkish required.
• Experience coordinating multiple software engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery across multiple engineering workstreams.
• Manage Jira processes: workflows, boards, dashboards, reporting, automation.
• Facilitate daily standups, planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives.
• Identify risks and blockers, elevate issues to engineering leads.
• Collaborate with engineering leads across Software Dev, AI/ML, Data, DevOps, Security.
• Build delivery dashboards and regular status reports for leadership.
• Communicate progress and trade-offs to stakeholders across the org.
• Support client demonstrations and onboarding of new engineers.
