A Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering is required, with 15 years of refinery experience and at least 7 years in benchmarking, plus advanced data visualization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related specialization.
• 15 years of total practical refinery process units experience.
• At least 7 years of hands-on Solomon benchmarking and analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools specific to Solomon benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Solomon benchmarking studies for Global Manufacturing facilities.
• Conduct on-site data collection, verification, and quality review during benchmarking.
• Analyze benchmarking results to determine competitive positions and identify gaps.
• Develop comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations for Global Manufacturing management.
• Lead planning and execution of solutions to close performance gaps and improve plant metrics.
