Job summary

Aramco is seeking a Process Engineer with extensive hands-on expertise in SRU and SWS to join the Operation Engineering Solutions Department. You will monitor, optimize, and drive performance improvements across refineries' SRU and SWS units, providing remote and on-site advisory support.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering and a minimum of 15 years of refinery or gas plant experience, including at least 10 years in SRU/SWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (or related).
• Minimum 15 years in refinery or gas plant, with at least 10 years in SRU/SWS.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
• Experience with SRU/TGTU licensors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular performance reviews of SRU & SWS facilities, analyzing KPIs on operability, profitability, reliability, and safety.
• Develop quarterly benchmarking reports with actionable improvement recommendations.
• Provide hands-on support for performance improvement initiatives, delivering measurable results.
• Lead knowledge-sharing workshops across Global Manufacturing facilities.
• Deliver bi-monthly SRU & SWS best practices bulletins for knowledge dissemination.
• Provide remote and on-site advisory support including start-up/shutdown, capacity tests, and pilot testing.
