The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering with 12+ years in refining/oil and gas, strong standards knowledge (API, ISO, IEC), and proven troubleshooting expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in refining/oil & gas plants or petrochemicals.
• Proficiency in industry codes and standards (API, BS, ISO, ASME, ANSI, IEC, ISA, IEEE).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities for metering systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and training to the facility metering team.
• Monitor and assess metering performance; drive system optimizations.
• Develop lifecycle management for metering systems and perform audits.
• Lead new strategies and validate productivity improvements.
• Maintain knowledge repositories and support troubleshooting activities.
• Lead technical exchanges and awareness sessions.
