Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for their Transformer Business Unit in Ankara. This role focuses on leading continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing product quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes, particularly in powder coating and surface finishing.

The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering background with at least four years of experience and proven leadership in Lean methodologies. The role offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Lean or Continuous Improvement.
• Preferably a graduate of Chemical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in powder coating processes.
• Resolve manufacturing and quality issues using problem-solving methodologies.
• Analyze process data and performance metrics for improvement opportunities.

Hands-on experience in powder coating
