Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electrical engineering with strong analog/power design background.
• Thorough understanding of bipolar, Bi-CMOS and CMOS technologies and circuit design techniques.
• 10+ years of IC design experience; CMOS process knowledge and layout tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Interpret specifications and define design strategy for power management products.
• Provide technical leadership and act as lead designer for major blocks.
• Oversee design, simulation, layout supervision, and production release.
• Lead feasibility studies, lab evaluations, and provide high quality IP documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive team development plans.
• Collaborate with test teams for ramp to production and RFQ support.
