Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. in Istanbul is seeking a seasoned Staff Analog Design Engineer to join the PMIC team on a full-time basis. The role features a hybrid work arrangement (1–3 days in the office weekly) and leadership responsibilities for CMOS PMIC blocks.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IC design, deep analog/power design expertise, and strong English communication. You will mentor the team, drive design for production, and collaborate with test and application teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with analog/power design background.
• Thorough understanding of Bipolar, Bi-CMOS and CMOS process technologies and circuit design techniques.
• 10+ years of IC design experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret requirements to define system and design strategy for power management products.
• Technical leadership of projects / lead designer for major blocks guiding production.
• Design, simulation and layout supervision of CMOS power management circuits meeting constraints.
• Own complex block design, delegate tasks, review work.
• Feasibility studies of new circuits, ensure design meets specification.
• Lead lab evaluation in collaboration with Application Engineers.
• Produce high quality documentation for IP blocks.
• Lead innovation of design methodologies to increase power management capabilities.
• Support DFT strategy and implementation.
• Partner with test team for ramp to production.
• Top level simulation and verification planning and implementation.
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
• Proactively drive own development plan with team.
• Customer-facing relationship as Technical Project Leader.
• Support RFQ process where necessary.
