Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a Staff Analog Design Engineer to join our PMIC team in Istanbul. This full-time position offers a hybrid work arrangement (1-3 days in office per week) for candidates in Istanbul or nearby areas.

You will lead design and verification of CMOS power management circuits, mentor engineers, coordinate with test teams, and ensure designs meet performance, area, and power targets while driving production readiness. Strong English required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electrical engineering with strong analog/power design background.
• Thorough understanding of Bipolar, Bi-CMOS and CMOS process technologies and circuit design techniques.
• 10+ years of IC design experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret requirements to achieve system and design strategy for power management products.
• Technical leadership of projects / lead designer for major blocks.
• Design, simulation and layout supervision of CMOS power management circuits.
• Take ownership for complex block design and lead lab evaluation.
• Produce high quality documentation for IP blocks and mentor team members.
