Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Expert to drive end-to-end supply chain planning transformations for our clients.

You will design, implement, and optimize SAP IBP solutions to improve forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and overall supply chain visibility, working across industries with delivery and pre-sales teams. You will lead workshops, configure modules, and integrate SAP IBP with S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party systems while mentoring

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP implementations and configuration.
• Experience across at least two SAP IBP modules: Demand, Supply, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, or Control Tower.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) — B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations from requirements to go-live.
• Configure and customize SAP IBP modules including Demand, Supply & Inventory, S&OP, and Control Tower.
• Coordinate workshops with stakeholders to capture processes and translate them into SAP IBP designs.
• Design planning models, key figures, planning levels, and operators in SAP IBP.
• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems using SAP CPI or middleware.
• Support master data design and migration for supply chain planning.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with architects on enhancements.
• Prepare functional specs, solution docs, and training materials.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize SAP IBP solutions that improve forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and overall supply chain visibility.
