Hayat is seeking a Supply Planning Executive based in Kocaeli to lead long- and short-term production planning aligned with budgets and forecasts. You will coordinate material requirements, capacity, and scheduling using SAP, SAP PPDS, and IBP while ensuring on-time delivery and optimal stock levels.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in production planning, strong English, MS Office and SAP skills, and are willing to relocate to Kocaeli.

Formación

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a related field (preferably Industrial Engineering).
• Minimum 6 years experience preferably in a production company.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Effectively using MS Office programs and SAP.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, competent in planning and reporting.
• Living in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare long and short term production plans according to the budget, forecast and customer orders; plan materials and schedule using SAP, SAP PPDS and IBP.
• Foresee and address capacity, personnel, procurement constraints affecting plans and take necessary actions.
• Open purchase requests via SAP; coordinate with Purchasing to meet due dates.
• Track KPIs for Supply Planning (stock days, inventory, stockouts, supply/demand) and improve S&OP processes.
• Provide materials for new product launches from monthly demand targets; coordinate with Demand Planning.
• Support system development projects; ensure SAP modules function smoothly; report from SAP/BO/BW.
• Attend relevant customer-category meetings; prepare unit instructions and procedures.
• Assist CAPEX planning and determine production needs.
