Job summary

Beko seeks a Senior Specialist - Planning & Operations to join its Supply Chain Directorate, focusing on supply planning, inventory control, and collaboration with Marketing & Sales to align sales plans. The role emphasizes global trade knowledge and process improvement.

Ideal candidates will have SAP ECC experience, MS Office proficiency, and strong English communication. A team‑oriented, proactive mindset is valued as we drive efficient supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Having experience in product/material planning, supply and procurement processes, experienced user of SAP ECC (R/3), MS Office
• Knowledge of International trade and logistics operations,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding the needs of the market & customer,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

Responsibilities

• Determine supply planning activities on related suppliers and product categories
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure enough availability, create a balance between supply and demand and regularly get in touch with Marketing & Sales teams to have updated sales plans,
• Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws,
• In addition to the domestic market, monitoring also global customers’ (subsidiaries & direct sales regions) sales performances and requests in order to increase customer service level,
• Take part in S&OP meetings monthly in order to establish alignment and synchronization among supply and demand, actively contribute to the forecasting process
• Measure and plan the improvement of supplier performance.
