Job summary

Pluxee Türkiye is seeking a Senior Organic Growth & AI Search Manager to lead our AI-assisted discovery and traditional SEO strategy. You will strengthen visibility across search engines and build GEO capabilities to ensure brand and offerings are discoverable within AI search experiences.

You will collaborate with Growth, Product, Brand, and Global teams to turn organic visibility into measurable business growth and align content with governance and brand authority.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Organic Growth or SEO or Search Marketing.
• Deep expertise in technical and content SEO&GEO.
• Strong understanding of how generative AI is changing search behavior.
• Hands-on knowledge of GEO / AI Search optimization practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a test-and-learn mindset.
• Fluent English, with the ability to confidently collaborate with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the end-to-end SEO & GEO & AI Search strategy with focus on AI search.
• Build a roadmap to improve visibility across traditional and AI-powered search.
• Identify organic growth opportunities from demand, intent, and competitive landscape.
• Translate priorities into search and content strategies driving qualified traffic and leads.
• Develop topic, content and authority strategies for traditional and generative discovery.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, health.
• Evolve GEO best practices: entity authority, citations, AI discoverability.
• Collaborate with Brand and Growth to form an AI-first content operating model.
• Partner with Growth and Product on launches to build search demand and visibility.
• Define experiments across SEO, GEO, content and conversion.
• Monitor trends across Google and AI platforms, translate to action.
• Define measurement for traditional and AI visibility performance.

Job Purpose:

About the Role

We are looking for an Senior Organic Growth & AI Search Manager to lead the next evolution of our organic growth strategy across traditional search and significantly AI‑powered discovery.

This role goes beyond traditional SEO. You will be responsible for strengthening our visibility across search engines while building our Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) capabilities to ensure our brand, products and expertise are discoverable and referenced across emerging AI search experiences.

You will work closely with Growth, Product, Brand and Global teams to turn organic visibility into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the end‑to‑end SEO & GEO & AI Search strategy, with a strong focus on the rapidly changing AI search ecosystem.
• Build a clear roadmap to improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI‑powered search and answer engines.
• Identify organic growth opportunities based on search demand, customer intent, competitive landscape and emerging search behavior.
• Translate business priorities into search and content strategies that drive qualified traffic, leads and business outcomes.
• Develop topic, content and authority strategies designed for both traditional search and generative discovery.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals and website health.
• Build and continuously evolve GEO best practices, including entity authority, citation readiness, content structure and AI discoverability.
• Work closely with Brand and Growth teams to develop an AI‑first content operating model, scaling high‑quality content while protecting relevance, accuracy and brand authority.
• Partner with Growth and Product teams from the early stages of new product launches to build search demand, category visibility and organic acquisition opportunities.
• Define and manage experimentation frameworks across SEO, GEO, content and conversion.
• Monitor competitors, search trends and changes across Google and emerging AI platforms, translating developments into actionable strategies.
• Define measurement frameworks for both traditional organic performance and emerging AI visibility metrics.
• Manage external SEO/GEO agencies and technology partners where relevant.
• Collaborate closely with Global Digital teams, contributing local insights while adapting global strategies and best practices to the market.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Organic Growth or SEO or Search Marketing.
• Deep expertise in both technical and content SEO&GEO.
• Strong understanding of how generative AI is changing search behavior and organic discovery.
• Hands‑on knowledge of emerging GEO / AI Search optimization practices.
• Strong experience with Google Search Console, GA4 and leading SEO/analytics platforms.
• Experience translating search and behavioral data into actionable growth opportunities.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, search intent, information architecture and structured data.
• Ability to connect organic visibility to qualified demand, conversion and commercial outcomes — not just traffic and rankings.
• Experience managing agencies and cross‑functional projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a test‑and‑learn mindset.
• Fluent English, with the ability to confidently collaborate with global stakeholders.
• Curiosity and a strong appetite for experimentation in a rapidly evolving AI/search landscape.
