Position Overview

Massive Bio is seeking an AI Content, Website & Social Media Manager to join our Growth Team.

This is not a traditional social media role. We are looking for an AI-native content professional who can leverage modern AI tools to create, optimize, and distribute high-quality content across digital channels while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy.

The ideal candidate combines excellent writing skills, strong business communication, AI-powered content creation, website content management, and digital marketing expertise. This individual will help drive awareness, patient engagement, lead generation, thought leadership, recruitment marketing, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Website Content & SEO

• Manage and continuously improve Massive Bio website content.


• Create and update landing pages, patient-facing content, company pages, blogs, and solution pages.


• Optimize website content for SEO and conversion.


• Collaborate with product, growth, partnerships, and leadership teams to ensure website content remains current and aligned with business objectives.


• Support content updates for new products, services, clinical trial initiatives, and corporate announcements.

Social Media & Thought Leadership

• Manage company presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.


• Develop executive thought leadership content for company leadership.


• Transform conferences, webinars, meetings, podcasts, publications, and internal discussions into compelling social media content.


• Create and manage content calendars aligned with company priorities.

AI-Powered Content Operations

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, and other emerging platforms to improve content production and efficiency.


• Build scalable AI-powered content workflows.


• Develop prompt libraries and reusable content frameworks.


• Ensure all AI-generated content is fact-checked, edited, and aligned with Massive Bio's brand voice.

Multimedia Content Creation

• Create graphics, videos, animations, presentations, infographics, and visual storytelling assets.


• Develop content for conferences, product launches, patient engagement initiatives, and recruitment campaigns.


• Produce short-form video content and executive video clips.

Growth Marketing Support

• Support lead generation and growth initiatives through content marketing.


• Create assets for email campaigns, events, webinars, product launches, and partnership announcements.


• Work closely with the Growth Team to support acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts.


• Track performance metrics and recommend optimization opportunities.

Brand & Communications

• Maintain brand consistency across all channels.


• Ensure content complies with healthcare, privacy, and regulatory requirements.


• Monitor audience engagement and support community management.


• Contribute to corporate communications and PR initiatives.
