Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years of experience in medical surgical and healthcare marketing, customer strategy, or commercial program development.
Experience building and implementing integrated customer engagement programs within healthcare/medical technology sectors.
Ability to design coordinated journeys across field, digital, and remote channels.
Proven track record influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Identify customer needs and gaps in diagnosis, referral, treatment, and follow-up in hospital settings.
Map healthcare professional and patient journeys to define opportunities for integrated programs.
Develop cross-therapy value propositions addressing shared needs.
Lead omnichannel engagement across field interactions, education programs, digital channels, and webinars.
Create scalable playbooks and activation materials for regional deployment.
Track program performance and drive improvements based on results.
