Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Office 365 Engineer to lead the design, deployment and operation of Microsoft 365 across the organization. You will own end-to-end tenant administration, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online, and partner with security and infrastructure teams on cloud solutions.

You bring 5+ years of Office 365 engineering experience, strong PowerShell and scripting skills, and hands-on experience with Azure resources and IaC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; relevant certifications preferred.
• 5+ years in Office 365 engineering and administration.
• Strong PowerShell and scripting skills; IaC experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment and operation of Microsoft 365 services.
• Provide Tier 3 support and end-to-end O365 environment management.
• Mentor team members and participate in architecture reviews.
• Design secure Microsoft 365/Azure solutions aligned with compliance.
• Collaborate with application, security and infra teams on cloud solutions.
