ING Hubs Türkiye is hiring a Senior NLP / LLM / LLMOps Data Scientist to design, build, and operationalize production-grade NLP and Generative AI solutions for the bank's regulatory environment.

You'll collaborate with ML engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders across countries to deploy robust, auditable AI systems, focusing on reliability, explainability, and governance in KYC workflows.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in NLP, Information Retrieval, ML, or Generative AI.
• Experience building and deploying production-grade NLP/LLM apps.
• Strong Python skills and DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with Transformers, embeddings, RAG, vector search, or conversational AI.
• Experience operationalizing Generative AI across the full ML lifecycle.
• Strong communication and ability to explain AI concepts to technical and business audiences.
