Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a Chapter Lead AI/LLM Data Scientist to guide a team of AI researchers and engineers. You will steer design, development, and deployment of production-grade Agentic AI solutions while coordinating with Product Leads, Tribe Leads, and stakeholders across ING’s global network.

The role blends leadership with hands-on technical direction, enabling impact across Risk, Financial Crime, and Customer Intelligence programs within a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring technical professionals in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a chapter of AI/LLM Data Scientists, supporting growth and career development.
• Drive AI craftsmanship and knowledge sharing across the Analytics Engineering community.
• Partner with Product Leads and Tribe Leads to shape future AI capabilities.
• Design, build, and deploy Agentic AI solutions powered by Large Language Models.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Platform, and MLOps teams to operationalize AI solutions at scale.
