Marti Technologies is seeking a senior Network & Cyber Security leader to own the company’s network and security posture. The role entails designing secure, scalable infrastructure across on-prem and cloud, and guiding incident response with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in network and security, with leadership experience and a track record of implementing robust defense measures in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 10 years of professional experience across network infrastructure, systems administration, and cyber security.
• 3–5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong experience in both Network/IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise network, systems, and infrastructure architecture.
• Manage firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, wireless networks, load balancers, servers, and connectivity infrastructure.
• Design and enforce secure, highly available network and system architectures.
• Lead hardening, IAM, MFA, RBAC, and access-control initiatives.
• Coordinate cyber security incident response with cross-functional teams.
