You will collaborate with art, engineering, and production to ensure a sustainable release cadence and high-quality content. Experience with live operations and Unity is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable game or content design experience in live mobile games.
• Strong understanding of game systems, balance, player motivation, and free-to-play mechanics.
• Hands-on experience with Unity and relevant internal game content tools.
• Strong analytical mindset using data, player feedback, and gameplay outcomes to refine designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of complex features and content from concept to data implementation.
• Architect and implement gameplay systems that support engaging player experiences and long-term engagement.
• Analyze and refine the game economy, core loops, and combat meta for balance and depth.
• Use player data and feedback to evaluate designs and guide iterative improvements.
• Create high-level design documentation explaining purpose, mechanics, and outcomes.
• Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders using data and insights.
• Collaborate with production, art, and engineering to define scope and delivery plans.
• Share advanced knowledge of Unity tools and live-ops optimization techniques.
