Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Unity.
• Strong understanding of live-ops and experimentation.
• Experience mentoring developers in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evolve client-side systems, gameplay features, and UI components using Unity.
• Drive experiments end-to-end by translating hypotheses into testable implementations and shipping them quickly to production.
• Integrate frontend logic with APIs, backend services, and experimentation platforms while ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Shape technical direction and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and live operations processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to align priorities and outcomes.
• Mentor and grow other developers to improve team autonomy.
