Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience with Unity/C# in production
• Strong math and gameplay architecture skills
• Experience with multiplayer/networking (plus)
• Shipped at least 2 mobile titles

• Lead core gameplay systems development with a focus on performance, player experience, and code quality.
• Create stunning visual effects and build reusable shader systems for mobile devices.
• Design and balance game economies, progression systems, and live‑ops events using data and telemetry
