Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a senior creative to design and implement engaging content and complex gameplay systems for a major live mobile game. You will shape characters, progression mechanics, events, combat updates, and other features from concept through data implementation.

The role blends creative design with rigorous analysis of player behaviour, game data, and outcomes, in a highly autonomous and globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable game or content design experience, ideally in live, hero-driven mobile or F2P games.
• Hands-on experience with Unity and related internal game content tools.
• Strong analytical mindset; use data and feedback to refine designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of complex features and content from concept through data implementation.
• Architect and implement gameplay systems to drive long-term engagement.
• Analyze and refine game economy, loops, and combat meta for balance.
• Use player data and feedback to guide iterative improvements.
• Create high-level design documentation detailing purpose, mechanics and outcomes.
• Present and defend concepts to stakeholders using data and industry best practices.
• Provide constructive peer feedback to raise design quality.
• Share knowledge of Unity tools and live game optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with production to define scope, requirements, and delivery.
