Job summary

Bosch is seeking a senior Mechanical Engineer to lead end-to-end design and development of complex components for series production. You will apply design thinking and a holistic system perspective to deliver robust solutions with manufacturability in mind.

You will drive 3D modeling, tolerancing analyses, and advanced calculations (stress, thermal, durability), while ensuring compliance with standards and cost targets. Collaboration with global teams and suppliers is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• 5+ years of proven experience in design and development of parts and assemblies for series production (HVAC preferred).
• Expertise in modern manufacturing methods (plastics, die casting, machining, sealing technologies).
• Strong command of GD&T, material selection, tolerance analysis, and lifecycle management practices.
• Advanced skills in CAD/PLM systems (UG NX, Teamcenter, SAP) and familiarity with CAE tools (FEA, CFD).
• Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and holistic problem-solving to complex engineering projects.
