Job summary

Bosch Group is seeking a Serial Development engineer to create design solutions for new customer requirements and manage design changes with central development departments. You will use CREO 4.0 (CAD) & PDM to standardize drawings and bill of materials in SAP, while evaluating customer change requests and addressing reclamations through design improvements.

The role requires CAD expertise, hydraulic and material knowledge, and the ability to lead design tasks in a dynamic workshop environment.

Qualifications

BSc/Ms.Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgical & Materials Engineering is required.
CAD: deep knowledge/experience is expected.
Creo/SAP: good knowledge is required.
Hydraulic knowledge / Mechanical knowledge / tribology knowledge / material knowledge.
Knowledge of geometrical tolerance analysis.
2-3 years working in a similar position or educational experience in hydraulic technologies.
Ability to work independently with engineering and technical matters and lead others.

Responsibilities

Create design solutions for new customer requirements of application projects.
Coordinate new design features with central development departments to analyze feasibility.
Create new sub-part designs and parts for new customer requirements.
Create part lists for new products in SAP.
Use CREO 4.0 (CAD) & PDM to generalize the new design of application drawings, assembly drawings, raw material & finished part drawings.
Evaluate customer change requests and coordinate design changes with central development departments.
Analyze customer reclamations from technical and design perspective and perform design improvements.
