Job summary

Bosch Türkiye seeks an experienced software engineer to develop control software for home comfort products. You will work with internal and external developers to implement, document and test software across the defined architecture.

The role requires hands-on C++, Simulink and Python skills, plus at least 7 years of experience and strong English communication. You will contribute to agile processes, release software versions, and collaborate with global Bosch teams to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Developing control software based on product and process requirements.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science (CS), Electrical Engineering (EE), or a related field, with at least 7 years of relevant work experience or equivalent level.
• Experience with Simulink, C++, and Python is essential.
• Solid understanding of modern software development techniques and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with software debugging and testing.
• Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, dynamic attitude, and a hands-on mentality.
• Experience with Agile development is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
