Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with combustion test setups.

• Fluent in English, confident in cross-functional international teams.
• Clear communicator with a proactive and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates cross functional activities in order to meet Project Timelines.
• Creates and compares alternative development concepts using clear evaluation criteria.
• Performs iterations and capability tests to improve technical results and meet internal standards.
• Uses and guides others in applying established engineering calculation tools.
• Identifies technical problems and risks during testing, and consults experts when needed.
• Applies relevant design guidelines, norms, and internal directives effectively.
• Acts as a test owner: performs key tests, defines best practices, updates templates, and improves test infrastructure.
• Investigates technical issues through collaboration and peer input to understand cause-effect relationships.
• Updates test plans with additional “lessons learned” content and supplementary tests.
• Prepares test plans in line with internal procedures, ensuring timely and collaborative delivery.
• Brings focus points into risk management discussions and aligns them with risk tools like FMEA or DRBFM.
• Ensures all planned tests are executed or documents justified deviations and related action plans.
