Job summary

Lalamove is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive in Istanbul to drive multi-channel campaigns, content creation, and brand storytelling across digital and offline channels. You will own retention, recruitment, and growth initiatives, collaborating with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to build impactful campaigns.

You will craft compelling Turkish-market content, manage lifecycle messaging, and mentor a Marketing Intern while leveraging SEO and analytics to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multi-channel marketing with hands-on content, copywriting, and campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end retention, driver recruitment, and growth campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Craft compelling brand stories, blog posts, and marketing copy that resonate with local users and drive brand affinity.
• Build and deploy lifecycle messaging—including email workflows, push notifications, and in-app popups to boost activation and retention.
• Social Media collaboration with the Social Media Manager to execute platform strategies and maintain content schedules.
• Intern mentorship and supervision, guiding a Marketing Intern and supervising daily tasks.
• GEO & Modern SEO: structure content for traditional SEO and AI search engines.
• Optimization & Analytics: track performance metrics, segment audiences, and run A/B tests to maximize conversions.
