Job summary

Lalamove seeks a Senior Marketing Executive to join our Istanbul team, driving awareness, acquisition, and retention across digital and offline channels. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies tailored to the Turkish market.

You will lead content, storytelling, lifecycle messaging, and SEO initiatives while mentoring a Marketing Intern and collaborating with platform partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multi-channel marketing with content and campaigns.
• Native Turkish, fluent English.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling across social, web, email, and app.
• Experience with CMS and analytics tools.
• Ability to lead interns and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end retention, driver recruitment, and growth campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Craft brand stories, blog posts, and marketing copy for local users.
• Build lifecycle messaging—emails, push notifications, and in-app messages.
• Collaborate with Social Media Manager on platform strategies and content calendars.
• Mentor Marketing Intern and oversee daily tasks.
• Structure content for SEO and AI search engines.
• Track metrics, segment audiences, and run A/B tests to optimize conversions.
