RE&UP Recycling Technologies is seeking a proactive Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our Marketing team. You will support B2B marketing and communications activities, help raise brand visibility, and coordinate marketing processes across digital channels, agencies, visuals, fairs, and industry events.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality materials that align with our corporate identity and strategic goals.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our Marketing team.

In this role, you will support RE&UP’s B2B marketing and communication activities, contribute to brand visibility, and coordinate marketing processes across digital channels, agencies, visual assets, fairs, panels, and industry events.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that marketing materials, event preparations, and brand touchpoints are delivered on time, at high quality, and in line with RE&UP’s corporate identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of RE&UP’s B2B marketing and communication activities.
• Coordinate LinkedIn and digital communication activities, including content planning, posting, follow-up, and performance tracking.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, social media assets, event visuals, brochures, and corporate communication content.
• Coordinate agencies, designers, printers, event organizers, and other external suppliers.
• Prepare clear briefs, follow up production processes, and ensure that visual and communication materials meet brand standards.
• Support the preparation and coordination of fairs, panels, conferences, sponsorships, booth / stand requirements, event logistics, and post-event follow-up.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to collect content inputs, align priorities, and ensure timely delivery of marketing requests.
• Track marketing activities, event outcomes, digital performance, and supplier deliverables.
• Contribute to the improvement of marketing processes, content calendars, agency briefing formats, and event checklists.
• Support customer and partner marketing initiatives, including joint campaigns, case studies, announcements, and co-branded content.
• Coordinate website updates and ensure digital content remains accurate and up to date.
• Support marketing budget planning and tracking, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier administration.
• Lead PR activities with a focus on B2B, investor visibility, and industry credibility.
• Develop ingredient branding and co-branding communication so RE&UP becomes visible within products, supply chains, and partnerships.
• Draft press releases, newsletters, talking points, and presentations to support company positioning.
• Coordinate with external parties such as PR agencies, content creators, and media contacts.

What We Expect from You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, corporate communication, B2B marketing, digital communication, brand communication, or event marketing.
• Experience in B2B environments is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with or for fashion brands is a strong asset.
• Experience in LinkedIn and corporate social media management.
• Experience working with agencies, designers, event organizers, printers, and external suppliers.
• Experience in fairs, panels, conferences, booth / stand coordination, sponsorship follow-up, and event logistics.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and follow-up discipline.
• Detail-oriented working style with a strong eye for visual quality and brand consistency.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently for fairs, panels, conferences, customer events, and other corporate representation activities.
