Job summary
EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior LIMS Engineer to provide ongoing support, configuration and enhancement for Thermo Scientific Sample Manager LIMS, ensuring uninterrupted lab operations after vendor transition. You will act as the primary SME while collaborating with lab users and IT teams to maintain a compliant, reliable system.

Qualifications
- Experience with L2/L3 application support and ITIL-aligned processes.
- Hands-on SaaS (Thermo Scientific) SampleManager administration and support.
- Familiarity with SampleManager 21.x (21.3) functionality.
- Proficiency configuring SampleManager master data, lookup tables and custom fields.
- Knowledge of Visual Workflow Designer for business workflows.
- Experience with v2 reporting tools and dashboards.
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and troubleshooting SampleManager data.
