Job summary

Intetics is seeking a Senior MLOps specialist for a 3-month, full-time engagement with location flexibility. You will build and run a scalable, FDA-ready data platform bridging on-prem DGX and AWS for our 2026 submission.

In this role you will implement ingestion + QC automation for CT DICOM, expand to radiology data, deploy distributed processing on AWS Batch, set up dataset versioning with ClearML, and enable secure labeling workflows with RBAC, provenance and audit trails to meet 21 CFR Part

Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps and ML pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Implement ingestion + QC automation for CT DICOM, expanding to radiology data.
• Deploy and operate distributed processing on AWS Batch (Spot).
• Deploy ClearML for dataset versioning and experiment tracking.
• Optimize training data access using Lance for fast loading.
• Build a PostgreSQL-backed enrichment service for metadata/labels/predictions.
• Integrate labeling workflows with RBAC/audit trails and provenance.
• Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and HIPAA handling.
