Job summary

LOGO Yazılım, a leading Turkish software and technology company, seeks an experienced Senior Lawyer to join the Legal Department and report to the Legal Director. The role is based at Gebze/Kocaeli with a hybrid working model, offering exposure to technology, regulation, and business strategy across the Group.

The Senior Lawyer will support business units, manage diverse regulatory matters, and coordinate with external firms, driving compliance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law required; Master’s degree considered a plus.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• 8+ years of relevant legal experience in multinational companies and/or leading law firms.
• Experience in technology, software, IT and fintech sectors is a strong asset.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, capital markets, M&A, payment services regulations, contracts, IP, tech law and data privacy.
• Business‑oriented mindset with ability to provide practical and commercially sound legal advice.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support and strategic advice to business units and senior management.
• Support M&A transactions, investment projects and other strategic initiatives.
• Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Coordinate legal matters between HQ Legal Department and group companies outside Türkiye.
• Advise on corporate, commercial, regulatory, technology, data privacy and compliance matters.
