Job summary

ING Türkiye seeks an experienced corporate/financial lawyer to draft, negotiate and review contracts in Lending, Capital Markets and Banking Services. You will ensure regulatory compliance, prepare opinions, and provide daily legal consultancy to key business lines across the organisation.

Requirements include a law degree with bar admission, 2–6 years in banks or law offices, and fluent English and Turkish.

Qualifications

• Law degree is required; bar admission is a must.
• 2-6 years of related experience, preferably in banks, financial institutions or reputable law offices.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Experience on Core Banking, Lending Products and Electronic Banking & Payment Systems is a plus.
• Advanced skills in communication, management, meticulous approach, high sense of responsibility and follow-up are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing various contracts especially in Lending, Capital Markets and Banking Services.
• Ensuring compliance with the Laws and Bank's various policies and procedures.
• Preparing legal opinions and give legal consultancy related with regulatory and contractual issues.
• Dealing with legal issues on core banking and lending/capital market products, payment systems and corporate banking.
• Providing daily legal consultancy to the related business lines in scope especially to WB, FM, FI and TS departments.
• Monitoring of Legislation Updates and preparing legal opinions on new issues, supporting legislation and corporate secretariat departments with legal expertise.

• Law degree, lawyer’s licence and bar admission is a must, additional Master’s degree is preferable
• 2-6 years of related experience (preferably in banks, financial institutions or reputable law offices)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish
• Experience on Core Banking, Lending Products and Electronic Banking&Payment Systems is a plus
• Must have advanced skills in communication, management, meticulous approach, high sense of responsibility and follow-up
