Job summary

ZF Group in Sakarya seeks an IT System Administrator to manage complex IT infrastructure, ensure high availability, security, and disaster recovery, and coordinate changes with global teams and suppliers. You will own critical systems, guide teammates, and maintain detailed operational documentation.

You will work at Arifiye/Sakarya site, collaborating with stakeholders to implement advanced local and global IT solutions and continuously improve backup, capacity planning, and service continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, security, availability, and service continuity.
• Proven experience in resolving complex incidents and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to take operational ownership of assigned systems and infrastructure domains.
• Experience with security audits (e.g., TISAX, ISMS) and AI platform knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex incidents affecting the availability, performance, or security of local IT services.
• Coordinate incident resolution, root-cause analysis, problem management, and significant infrastructure changes within the assigned domain.
• Take operational ownership of selected infrastructure systems and services, ensuring their stable, reliable, and secure operation.
• Identify recurring technical issues and define permanent corrective and preventive actions.
• Design and implement improvements related to backup, redundancy, capacity, disaster recovery, and service continuity.
• Coordinate security activities, including vulnerability remediation, patch prioritisation, access controls, and security incident response.
• Evaluate, test, and implement advanced infrastructure solutions and major technical improvements.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced team members and coordinate work with business stakeholders, global teams, and external suppliers and maintain comprehensive operational documentation, recovery procedures, test records, compliance evidence, and corrective-action records
