Job summary

Intertech Information Technology and Marketing Inc. seeks an experienced IT Process Manager to analyze and model IT processes, primarily in the finance/banking sector, using BPMN 2.0. You will run stakeholder workshops and drive improvements in ARIS/Visio.

You will design target state models, ensure BRSA/GDPR/ISO 27001/PCI-DSS alignment, and monitor KPIs while collaborating with IT process owners, operations, and product teams. Istanbul-based role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in process analysis or IT process management.
• At least five years of experience in team management.
• Fluent in English to engage with international literature, technologies, and business partners.
• Preferrably experience in finance/banking sector.
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 process modeling.
• Knowledge of BRSA IT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing IT processes (Current State) through stakeholder workshops and document findings in BPMN 2.0.
• Design improved future state (Target State) process models and implement them in ARIS.
• Integrate regulatory requirements (BRSA, GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS) into process design.
• Manage workload, priority, and resource utilization in their area of responsibility.
• Conduct process maturity assessments and develop improvement roadmaps.
• Define, monitor, and report process KPIs to senior management.
• Collaborate closely with IT process owners, operations, and product teams.
