Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Management and/or Cybersecurity.
• Proven experience managing IT operations in large-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational and people processes of the Help Desk team supporting store operations.
• Ensure implementation and continuity of information security policies and procedures.
• Analyze and directly remediate security vulnerabilities identified through vulnerability analysis tools.
