• University degree in relevant field,

• Good command of Office 365 applications and very good knowledge in Excel,
• Advance quantitative and analytical skills for data interpretation,

Job Description:

• Organizing pick of the orders places by the supply planning team, coordinating and communicating shipment delivery requirement with logistics and customs broker partners to ensuring timely and cost effective operation,
• Control and follow up required documents to clear products from customs to ensure correct declaration and proof against penalties,
• Handle both physical and online archival tasks following Customs policies,
• Following the regulation changes both application and ensuring the of these changes to make sure all transactions are compliant with Turkish Customs Laws and Regulations,
• Monitoring and analyzing performance of 3PL partners, preparing time and cost based reports to improve quality of service,
• Market search to find forwarders and agents and establish effective working relationships,
• Being involved in all internal and external audits and always taking action to ensure that there are no outstanding claims.
• Assist Non-Trade Procurement Team with tenders to ensure operational quality.
