Job summary

Vodafone Turkey is seeking an Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to maintain and operate the Esenyurt Technology Center. You will support energy infrastructure, network IT equipment, and cooling systems while ensuring uptime and safety.

The role requires strong English skills and experience in GSM/IT environments, with a focus on customer-focused operations and cross-functional collaboration in a 7/24 shift.

Qualifications

• Electrical/Mechanical Engineer with energy infrastructure and power systems knowledge.
• GSM/IT environment experience.
• Very good English language skills.
• Experience at a telecom operator or mission-critical building is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep Esenyurt Technology Center up and running on a 7/24 basis.
• Ensure continuous operation of Esenyurt Technology Center.
• Handle internal and external customer requests promptly within defined roles.
• Operate center in an energy-efficient and sustainable manner.
• Apply infrastructure maintenance processes and actions via subcontractor per SLA KPIs (L2).
• Monitor and report electrical infrastructure layouts and performance.
• Communicate with customers and teams in Turkish/English.
