Job summary

Gizli Şirket in Istanbul seeks an experienced IT & Network Manager to oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, network and cybersecurity across headquarters and field sites. You will design secure, scalable IT environments that support growth and resilience.

You will lead network security, regulatory compliance (CBDDO/ISO27001), IT/OT segregation for SCADA, disaster recovery planning and vendor management while guiding the IT team and delivering reliable end-user support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity.
• At least 3 years in a team lead or managerial role.
• Strong hands-on with Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, AD, M365.
• Excellent English, strong problem-solving and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and secure LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall and Wi-Fi.
• Implement security policies, patch mgmt, log monitoring and incident response.
• Lead cybersecurity compliance audits incl. CBDDO / ISO 27001.
• Manage SCADA/OT network security and IT/OT segregation.
• Plan and test disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Oversee servers, virtualization, storage, backup and tech team.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts and annual budget.
• Support digital transformation and ERP infrastructure.
• Provide second-level support and end-user training with SLAs.
