Job summary

adidas is seeking a Manager Tech Infrastructure to lead market-specific IT infrastructure services and project delivery, ensuring day-to-day support and successful initiatives across the adidas market. You will drive service quality, collaborate with Domain Owners and Business Partners, and manage budgets and vendor relations.

The role requires a four-year degree, 5+ years IT experience, and 1+ year in team leadership, with strong English proficiency and cross-cultural collaboration.

Qualifications

• Four-year college or university degree or equivalent combination of education.
• Proficient spoken and written command of English.
• At least 5-year experience in IT.
• 2 years of experience in Infrastructure IT services & project management.
• 1 years of experience in team management.
• Understanding of different culture.
• Participated in projects with people from other functions/markets.

Responsibilities

• Continual Improvement: support improvement initiatives and collaborate with Domain Service Owners.
• Relationship Management: engage stakeholders to ensure understanding and updates on service levels.
• Service Level Management: monitor delivery metrics and ensure SLAs are not breached.
• Demand Management: consolidate market-specific Tech Infrastructure demand and plan execution.
• Project Management: lead openings, closings and revamps on time, in budget.
• If required: Supplier Management: engage vendors, ensure compliance and track performance.
• Service Management: incident, problem management and documentation of actions taken.
• People Management / Resource Management: plan resources, recruit, allocate work, coach teams.
