Job summary

Randstad Türkiye, representing a globally leading biotechnology solutions provider, seeks a Senior Industry Technology Specialist (HHC, ME) to join their growing team and drive technical excellence. You will stay ahead of industry developments, translate scientific advances into customer value, and lead regional technical activities with internal teams, customers, and partners.

Qualifications

University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
6–7 years of experience in Household Personal Care (HHC) industry with technical application or formulation development.
Fluency in written and spoken English; strong communication and stakeholder management.
Willingness to travel regionally about twice per month.

Responsibilities

Stay abreast of industry technical developments, generating ideas, papers, and patents.
Identify and resolve complex technical issues for customers, maximizing value of solutions.
Initiate, plan, and coordinate regional technical activities with internal teams, customers, and partners.
Act as techno-commercial sparring partner to sales, developing proofs-of-concepts for pitches.
Own technical formulations, portfolio innovations, and market launches from concept to post-launch.
Conduct and supervise laboratory work, coordinating external testing per project goals.
Represent the organization in technical customer meetings and collaborate with global R&D networks.
