Job summary

Vakko Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to oversee end-to-end HR processes for our luxury retail stores in Turkey. You will act as the first contact for store employees and managers, lead recruitment, onboarding, performance and talent management, and drive organizational development through store visits and on-site HR support.

• University or Master degree in business administration, international relations, psychology or labor economics and industrial relations.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as HR Business Partner in luxury textile retailing.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of employment laws; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR processes across stores, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent management, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and organizational development.
• Act as the first point of contact for all store employees and managers on HR processes, systems, policies, and practices, with regular store visits to provide on-site HR support.
• Lead and support organizational change and development initiatives, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices across stores.
• Lead HR projects focused on employee engagement, loyalty, retention, and motivation, while monitoring and improving key HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, and employee engagement.
