Job summary

Bosch in Turkey is seeking a senior Heatcell engineering leader to act as the technical authority within the Heatcell development domain, driving system-level excellence and mentoring engineers across international teams.

You will influence technology roadmaps, promote engineering standards, and guide complex investigations while building organizational capability through knowledge sharing. This role requires an advanced degree and deep HVAC/Heatcell expertise.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required (MSc/PhD).
• Proven leadership in Heatcell development and HVAC engineering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in international environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority within Heatcell development, leading system-level expertise.
• Provide guidance on complex Heatcell topics and system interactions.
• Drive robust engineering solutions aligned with product requirements and long-term strategy.
• Develop and promote engineering best practices, guidelines, and methodologies.
• Lead investigations, risk assessments, and root cause analyses.
• Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence across the organization.
• Support cross-functional and international projects as a trusted advisor.
• Contribute to roadmaps, continuous improvement, and standards evolution.
