Job summary

Netlog Logistics Group seeks an Assistant General Manager – Healthcare Logistics Operations to lead and optimize healthcare logistics in Istanbul and Kocaeli. You will manage warehousing, inventory, inbound/outbound flows, and performance against KPIs.

The role requires a strong background in GMP/GDP, quality assurance, and English proficiency, with a track record of leadership in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in healthcare/logistics, incl. 5+ years in management.
• Strong knowledge of operational management and performance management.
• Experience with GMP/GDP requirements and Quality Assurance processes.
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare logistics operations and ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee warehousing, inventory, inbound/outbound, distribution, and teams.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement; implement corrective actions.
• Manage budgets, costs, productivity, and P&L performance.
• Plan and execute projects to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
