Job summary

Tetra Pak seeks a seasoned Corporate Communications Manager to shape, manage, and elevate communications for leaders and SMEs, amplifying our voice and building thought leadership across the company. The role requires crisis management, editorial judgement, and advisory support for high-visibility leaders on complex topics.

Qualifications

• 13–15 years of progressive experience in Corporate Communications, Executive Communications, or Strategic Communications roles.
• Proven experience advising and supporting senior executives, or high profile leaders.
• Strong background in issues/crisis communications and enterprise-level reputation management.
• Experience working across global, matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder networks.
• Experience overseeing high-stakes governance and enterprise-wide communications frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Leadership Communications and develop executive positioning strategy for leaders and SMEs.
• Position leaders for thought leadership with long-term themes, narratives, and pillars.
• Manage executive editorial calendar and weekly/monthly planning routines.
• Increase visibility through thought leadership content and LinkedIn strategy.
• Provide counsel and hands-on support for positioning needs.
• Chair ELT Editorial Board to establish governance across Executive Leadership Team.
• Design and manage a global Speakers’ Bureau aligned with PR strategy and governance.
